Initial Plant Assessment

Austral Air Conditioning Services Pty Ltd, as part of its introduction to the site and as part of its service will provide a detailed report after three (3) months of service outlining:

Plant Condition & Life Expectancy
Critical Operational and / or Design Issues
Forecast of maintenance and potential capital expenditure over a three (3) year period assisting in budget forecasting.
Energy Conservation Measures with a view to reducing your carbon footprint.
