Value Added Service

The Service Division delivers maintenance and repair services efficiently and economically. We understand that the mechanical services component equates to a significant portion of the capital and operational costs of running any building therefore we pride ourselves with providing our clients with the best value for money solutions so that they can maximise their return on investment.

We provide assistance in setting of the annual operational and capital expenditure budgets including three, five and ten year CAPEX profiling of mechanical services equipment in buildings in relation to the life expectancy. This information can be used to forecast the capital out lay required to maintain and operate the facility over the specific period of time.

With the ever increasing demands placed on corporate entities to provide energy efficient, environmentally sound buildings has in turn placed the added responsibility on companies like us to ensure building services are operating at optimal levels right throughout their life cycle.
